About Big White Wall

Mental health has become a central issue of societal concern and public policy. This is happening at the same time as the emergence of digital technologies which enable mass reach, personalisation and reduced costs.

Big White Wall has been pioneering digital mental healthcare for over a decade and our private, anonymous, moderated platform remains unique in the world.

Our services, a 24/7 peer-to-peer support community and online therapy service, are available to a uniquely diverse population of users: students at 50 universities; military personnel, veterans and family members; employees in businesses such as Shell, Accenture, Vitality and Westfield; NHS patients all over the UK; and to every single resident of Ontario, Canada.

We were the first digital mental health service to be registered with the Care Quality Commission and remain the only service to be inspected.

On October 4th 2018 we won the Tech4Good award at the prestigious Investor AllStars award ceremony in London.

We have secured investment to redevelop and redesign our online platform to provide state of the art support and functionality for our users. This work starts in January.

About this role

The board of Big White Wall has created a new position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to work alongside our CEO as a member of the leadership team.

The CRO will be responsible for devising, executing and measuring the sales and marketing strategies of Big White Wall - in the UK, Canada and other territories, whilst managing and growing the sales and marketing team based in London.

We will look to the CRO for the drive, imagination, commercial acumen and passion to build world beating strategies which will enable us to reach and support those for whom this business was created – people living with anxiety and depression who need help and support.

Who are we looking for?

You will be an experienced, talented and ambitious professional with proven experience of complex B2B sales – ideally in SaaS – and the ability and drive to create international sales and marketing plans across the public and private sectors.

You will have very recent experience of a global role in a scaled business where you have devised and executed long term profitable sales strategies.

It should go without saying that you are great with people and can inspire and motivate.
