We're looking for an Account Executive in Greater Manchester/Lancashire
This exciting role will be an integral part of the Business Development team based in the North, reporting to our Senior Key Account Manager in Greater Manchester/Lancashire. Broadly, you will be responsible for day to day management, reports and performance management, travelling around much of the North.
Home-based, with occasional travel to our Head Office in London.

As an Account Executive, you will be will be the primary contact for our contracts in the North and will be responsible for day to day management, reports and performance management. This is a chance to really make this role your own and get involved in a growing, passionate organisation.
Work with contract stakeholder to implement new and renewed contracts including roll out and management of a communication plan.
Monitor contract performance and take corrective action where necessary.
Create scheduled reports for contract stakeholders measuring agreed metrics and driving targeted actions.
Retain customers and maintain existing revenue
Look for opportunities to grow revenue in existing customers
Provide weekly updates at the BWW Management Meeting
Ideal skill set and experience:
Excellent communication skills – telephone and written
Excellent numerical and statistical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills – ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines
Interest in Mental Health – desirable
Experience in customer management – desirable
Full and clean driving license - the role will involve a lot of travelling to clients and prospects around the North
